Return Policy & Warranty

Customer service is a top priority at junovapor.com. JUNO batteries and KITS may be returned if they are DOA and/or the wrong item. The JUNO battery is covered under a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Please keep the original purchase receipt if the JUNO battery is bought in a store. 

Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy! If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items. We are happy to help.


Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly issue your online JUNO VAPOR account with a replacement credit upon the return of your damaged product. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that come with your item, this includes starter kits and batteries. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in. All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.

How to return to junovapor.com:

If you purchased your JUNO device at a local store please first return the battery to that location. If you have attempted this and were not successful please contact us with the shop location and information. You are required to send us back the defective device along with the purchase receipt.  

If you purchased you JUNO device via our online store, please contact support at sales@junovapor.com. You will also need to return your damaged or broken device. Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information and order number.

Juno Account Credit: A credit for your replacement will be applied to your account upon the successful return of your damaged product. Please allow 3-7 business days after your return has sent for the credit to appear in your account. Juno Vapor is not responsible for the shipping cost for the return of an item.

Credit Card Refund: Please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
